- About the Role
- Veriff is seeking a passionate and highly organized Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Global Go-To-Market (GTM) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our GTM functions (Sales & Account Management) are equipped with the knowledge, content, and training necessary to effectively articulate Veriff's value proposition, drive sales productivity, and achieve revenue goals. This role requires exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to confidently deliver training and presentations to internal teams.
You’ll help us protect honest people online by
- Training & Onboarding: Design, develop, and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires. Continuously refine training materials to keep up with product changes, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Content Development: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to create high-impact sales content, including battle cards, pitch decks, case studies, competitive analysis, and objection handling guides. Ensure all materials are easy to access and effectively utilized by the GTM team.
- Program Management: Own and execute enablement programs and initiatives designed to improve GTM efficiency and performance (e.g., product launches, sales methodologies training, ongoing skill development).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between GTM teams and internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and go-to-market strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze enablement program effectiveness using key metrics (e.g., ramp time, content utilization, win rates) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Facilitation & Public Speaking: Lead dynamic and engaging training sessions, workshops, and internal presentations, demonstrating excellent public speaking and facilitation skills.
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have/are
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related GTM role, preferably within a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver compelling training and enablement programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong confidence in public speaking and presenting to large groups.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects and collaborate effectively across diverse functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product).
- Experience in creating impactful sales content and messaging.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales success.

- Experience administering or utilizing GTM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Momentum, Salesloft).
