- As Sales Manager for Brazil, you will: Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, Inside Sales Representatives, and other professionals in the territory. Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on enterprise accounts, new logos, and expansion within existing customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners (distributors and commercial representatives). Manage the channel partner program and ensure alignment with company objectives. Present clear value propositions for our hardware and software solutions, including SaaS offerings. Provide accurate monthly forecasts using Salesforce.com and adhere to our sales management process. Identify, recruit, and develop top field sales talent. Collaborate closely with the Sales Director - Latin America to implement strategic initiatives. Experience selling both hardware and SaaS solutions. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and channel partners. Experience with industrial distribution networks. Experience in solution-based selling and working with C-suite executives in safety, operations, and IT. Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and wireless communication protocols. Previous experience in gas detection sales. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) and Microsoft Office applications; Power BI is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
