• Ensure the achievement of budget and growth targets.• Plan and review the monthly SKU-level forecast in alignment with Production and Supply Chain.• Define and implement strategic growth initiatives and execute the established plan.• Lead daily follow-up meetings with the team, providing strategic feedback and technical product support.• Monitor opportunities in the CRM, ensuring proper pace and quality in the sales funnel.• Track team performance and indicators, cascading the national strategy and ensuring efficient execution.• Ensure product availability and prevent local stockouts.• Set individual targets, support daily/weekly/monthly planning, and conduct joint customer visits.• Report results and action plans to the leadership team and participate in S&OP meetings for cross-functional alignment.• Review the weekly pipeline and monitor inventory levels.• Act proactively and independently to ensure deliverables and results.Responsabilidades e atribuições Requisitos e qualificações• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.• MBA/Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management, Strategy, or Business (preferred).• Solid and proven experience leading sales teams, with a track record in team development, KPI-driven management, and execution of commercial strategies — preferably in the industrial, construction, or capital goods sectors.• Strong command of forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.• Experience with CRM systems, ensuring structured management of the sales funnel.• Knowledge of demand planning, supply chain, and commercial policies.• Strong financial acumen and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to analyze margin, volume, and profitability.• Fluent English, with the ability to actively participate in meetings, presentations, and interactions with international teams and stakeholders.• Spanish is a plus.• Availability for travel (approximately 50% of the time).
