  • ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Disguise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and channel partner development efforts across the LATAM region. This role is ideal for a candidate with deep B2B experience in A/V equipment, live concert production, Broadcast, or rental services, and a strong network of contacts in the LATAM market.
  • You will drive revenue growth through a combination of direct sales and strategic channel partnerships, building long-term relationships with customers and partners while managing a pipeline of high-value deals. You will be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and comfortable working across diverse cultural and business landscapes.
  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Operate as an individual contributor while collaborating across the global LATAM team.
  • Drive sales of technical solutions and equipment ($100K–$1M+) within the A/V equipment, live concert, and rental markets.
  • Develop and manage a regional channel partner strategy, identifying, onboarding, and enabling resellers, integrators, and rental partners to expand Disguise’s market footprint.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to increase market share within the rental/live sector.
  • Generate accurate monthly forecasts for both product and service sales using Salesforce/Clari.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for both direct customers and channel partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective customers and partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Attend regional and international industry events, representing Disguise as a thought leader and public speaker.
  • EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of end-to-end B2B sales experience in A/V equipment, Broadcast, live concert production, rental services, or related industries.
  • Proven experience upselling technical equipment in large key accounts and closing complex deals ($100K–$1M+).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders, including channel partners and C-Level executives.
  • Experience forecasting sales from 3 months to 1+ year.
  • Solid knowledge of structured sales methodologies (e.g., BANT, MEDPICC).
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (business level).

  • This is the the basic salary range for U.S. based candidates. The commission component is not included in this range and will be added to the total compensation package.
  • Compensation for candidates based outside the U.S. will be determined in line with local market benchmarks and internal equity
