Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow the company’s commercial operations in Latin America.
Ideally based in São Paulo (other locations may also be considered), you will be responsible for driving growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s position in Latin America.
This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to drive growth and make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share
- Identify growth opportunities and drive business development across sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end-users, consultants, and key decision-makers
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to deliver integrated customer solutions
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to senior leadership
- Ensure consistent KPI achievement and maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Experience in fire protection, HVAC, building technologies, or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of Brazil’s fire safety and industrial solutions market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Portugese, and ideally Spanish
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel across Latin America as required
