Infios is growing our Pre‑Sales and Services motions and needs a data‑driven partner who can turn go‑to‑market (GTM) data into decisions. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Services, owning the analytics, reporting, and process improvements that help leaders plan capacity, forecast accurately, and execute flawlessly. If you love Salesforce, building clean dashboards, and collaborating across functions to solve real operational problems, this role is for you. What a day in life of looks like: Own core Salesforce reporting and dashboards for Pre-Sales and Services (e.g. pipeline, forecast, utilisation, coverage, bookings, expansion, services backlog, renewal risk). Build executive reporting in Excel and Power BI/Tableau, standardise weekly/monthly packs, and automate refreshes where possible. Define and monitor KPIs such as demo/POC cycle time, win-rate uplift, scoping-to-SOW velocity, capacity vs demand, forecast accuracy, project delivery, and CSAT/NPS. Run ad-hoc analyses to simplify complex problems into actionable recommendations. Translate business questions into data models, report specifications, and lightweight Salesforce workflows. Partner with GTM systems teams on enhancements (fields, validations, layouts, flows) and QA changes affecting reporting. Improve and maintain data standards across Salesforce, including naming conventions, territories, product catalogue, account hierarchies, opportunity hygiene, contact roles, and activity tracking. Support capacity planning and territory design. Contribute to forecast cadence and QBRs by providing templates, roll-ups, and insights in advance. Assist in evaluating and rolling out GTM tools to increase productivity. Build trusted relationships with Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, Finance, and Marketing leaders. Provide clear documentation, practical guides, and office-hours support to enable field teams. What you bring to the team: Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Services Operations, or a similar analytics role. Strong skills in Salesforce reporting (dashboards, joined/summary reports, row-level formulas, custom report types) and understanding of core objects (Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote/SOW, Case/Project). Advanced Excel (INDEX/XMATCH, SUMIFS, dynamic arrays, Power Query/Pivot); confident cleaning data and creating executive-ready outputs. Proven ability to work with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Services teams; able to explain analysis clearly and support decision-making. Experience with Power BI or Tableau; comfortable with basic SQL, and exposure to Python or HTML for light automation. Familiarity with modern GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite, enablement and account planning platforms) and an understanding of professional services concepts (projects, utilisation, backlog, milestones, revenue recognition). #LI-REMOTE Why join us?
