- Summary
- The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing the sales operations function. This leadership role will focus on driving efficiency, scalability, and performance within the sales organization by overseeing sales processes, managing CRM and related systems, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. Acting as a key business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, the Manager will play a strategic role in ensuring alignment, accuracy, and growth across the business.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process & Performance Management
- · Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- · Lead pipeline governance and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and strategic visibility.
- · Establish and monitor performance metrics, developing executive dashboards and performance reviews for senior leadership.
- · Define quotas, targets, and compensation models in partnership with Sales Leaders and Finance.
- Data & Analytics
- · Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales and market data to guide strategic decisions.
- · Deliver insights on client acquisition, conversion, and revenue performance, recommending actions to improve results.
- · Own the development of advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics to track progress against KPIs.
- Tools & Systems
- · Manage and optimize CRM platforms (Salesforce) and related sales tools, ensuring adoption and accuracy across the organization.
- · Drive automation, system enhancements, and process digitalization in collaboration with IT/Product teams.
- · Lead training initiatives for sales teams to maximize efficiency and effective use of tools and processes.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- · Act as a strategic partner to Sales Directors and Leadership, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution.
- · Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate pricing models, proposals, compliance, and contract management.
- · Oversee the operational aspects of client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition between commercial and operational teams.
- · Lead, coach, and develop a Sales Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Education
- · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- · Postgraduate studies or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Data Analytics strongly preferred.
Experience
- · 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Commercial Strategy, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- · Strong expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting for executive decision-making.
- · Proven experience managing Salesforce and sales-related systems at regional or multinational scale.
- · Demonstrated success in optimizing sales processes and supporting high-growth environments in fintech, payments, or iGaming.
- · Experience managing teams and collaborating across multiple functions.
