- This position will lead Truvid’s relationship with top-tier publishers (Top 20 in Brazil) and drive the acquisition of new high-potential partners (Tier 1 and Tier 2). The ideal candidate will be a relationship-first professional with a commercial mindset, capable of managing accounts, unlocking opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth — while also navigating technical aspects and driving partner success.
- REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- +5 years of experience in a Publisher Sales role or similar client-facing roles within the media landscape (tech company or SSP experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing publisher relationships, driving sales and identifying new business opportunities
- Solid background in video advertising and strong knowledge of industry metrics (e.g., VTR, Viewability, CTR, Engagement, CPM, CPCV)
- Strong network of contacts within the Brazilian publishing and media ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple publisher accounts effectively
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Relationship Management & Revenue Growth
- Serve as main contact for top publishers, building trust-based relationships and aligning on growth objectives
- Drive partner collaboration improvements, monetization strategies, and deeper integrations
- Sales & Post-Sales Process Ownership
- Manage full publisher lifecycle from initial pitch through campaign optimization and performance review
- Deliver exceptional post-sales support focused on results and long-term engagement
- New Business Development
- Identify and onboard new Tier 1 and Tier 2 publishers
- Build a qualified pipeline with ranked strategic targets and tailored outreach
- Performance Insights & Reporting
- Deliver weekly reports on partner discussions, action items, and priorities
- Analyze performance using Truvid reports and suggest new metrics to improve outcomes
- Product & Technical Alignment
- Master Truvid's platform, formats, and ad tech capabilities
- Translate publisher needs into technical requirements for seamless integrations and rapid issue resolution
- HYBRID: Our Team offices are based in Pinheiros , Sao Paulo.
