Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth in Dubai and the UAE market by selling software development services and digital solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the technology and digital services market. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in Dubai and the UAE Sell custom software development services (web, mobile, cloud, AI, enterprise systems) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Understand client needs and translate them into tailored software solutions in collaboration with technical teams Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and deal closure Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools Represent the company at business meetings, events, and networking opportunities Required Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software development, IT services, or technology solutions Strong understanding of software development processes and digital products Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on closing deals Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage) Experience in the UAE or Middle East market is highly preferred Preferred Skills & Experience Existing network of clients or partners in Dubai/UAE Knowledge of SaaS, custom software, cloud, AI, or enterprise solutions Experience selling to government, enterprise, or SMB clients CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission structure Performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities in an international environment Support from technical and pre-sales teams How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their CV and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant sales experience in software or technology services.
