Do you consider yourself a sales person? Do you enjoy figuring out how to best help potential AND customers? We are looking for a high level sales agent that is able to sell prepared meals to people who have already tried our service and have left for various reasons. Could be as easy as people not liking a couple meals or having a bad shipping experience to customers not able to navigate their accounts- leading to confusion, frustration and ultimately cancelling our service. We need to be prepared to speak to these situations on our feet with confidence. We will also be connecting with people who have heard about us, clicked on our ads, but maybe not purchased. The most important part of this job will be the follow up: detailed follow up that gives genuine value to the product for the customer. The main source of communication will be phone/text so fluent conversational English is best, and knowing the culture is a plus. This position will be full-time and long term for the right fit.
