Report to the coordination regarding indicators of the suppliers' services, such as the incidence of delays in delivery times and the state of the delivered product. Deal with complaints from suppliers, workshops, brokers and certificates. Support the technical and behavioral management of the team of analysts, in addition to monitoring and guiding the execution of tasks. What You’ll Do Acompanhar e resolver reclamações de clientes (fornecedores, oficinas, corretoras e seguradoras) para melhorar a experiência do cliente final; Monitorar, rastrear e escalar as demandas recebidas do cliente via caixa de suporte. Monitorar e orientar analistas juniores e seniores no dia a dia das operações e estabelecer novos fluxos de trabalho e operações. Atuar como facilitador entre as demandas dos clientes e a operação da Inpart. Monitorar os indicadores alcançados pelo cliente e pela coordenação da Inpart e executar planos de ação para atingir objetivos comuns. Apoiar a coordenação e a gestão da Inpart para identificar possíveis gaps na operação e propor soluções para nossos clientes. Atuar com base em dados e informações para apoiar a tomada de decisão. Participar ativamente de reuniões técnicas com clientes e mapear possíveis dores para que possamos ser proativos na operação da Inpart. Criar e liberar cotações. Criar, liberar cotações e monitorar o status dos pedidos, além de acompanhar a entrega dos produtos de acordo com os prazos acordados. Inserir evidências dos processos em sistemas internos e/ou externos.
