- Your role
- As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll help shape how we scale. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and systems, configuring and optimizing our Salesforce environment to unlock more seamless, efficient ways for teams to connect, serve, and grow. From high-impact projects to everyday enhancements, you’ll be a go-to partner for cross-functional collaboration—translating business needs into scalable solutions that elevate experiences for both our people and customers.
- You'll likely spend time working on
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence across our Salesforce platform and integrated tools
- Configure and optimize Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and CX applications to meet evolving business needs
- Design and manage workflows, automation, security settings, custom objects, dashboards, and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities, gather requirements, and translate needs into clean, sustainable builds
- Triage bugs, support users, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in system design and data flow
- Support and implement direct and cross-platform integrations with third-party apps and ETL tools
- Improve data hygiene and integrity through smarter process design and proactive data management
- Share knowledge, offer mentorship, and model best practices to strengthen the broader systems community
- You'll thrive in this role with experience in
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce administration and configuration, including Flow, validation rules, and object management
- A track record of owning complex Salesforce initiatives from discovery to deployment
- Skilled in creating clear documentation, process flows, and user guidance that empower stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical teams and translating between both
- Familiar with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration tools like MuleSoft
- Bonus points for experience with CI/CD frameworks, Salesforce DX, Git, Gearset, or system architecture strategy
- A thoughtful problem-solver with strong analytical chops and a knack for untangling complex systems
