- Who You Are
- You are an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Solution Architect who thrives on solving complex technical challenges in the digital commerce space, with a strong foundation in full-stack development, deep expertise in SFCC architecture, and a proven ability to integrate enterprise systems in large-scale environments. You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, drive best practices, and ensure the quality and scalability of the e-commerce solutions you deliver, while playing a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable eCommerce solutions for global clients, leading architectural decisions, integration strategies, and providing technical governance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, and implement new features in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) following MAS Global and SFRA best practices.
- Serve as a technical authority for SFCC with solid experience across both front-end and back-end.
- Architect and lead integrations with external systems such as Order Management, ERP, Inventory, and Fulfillment using APIs.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and diagnose complex software issues, acting as an L3 support and mentor for the support team.
- Ensure that all eCommerce solutions are secure, optimized, and scalable for long-term growth.
- Use version control systems (Git) and DevOps tools (e.g., Copado) to manage deployments and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Stay current with Salesforce Commerce Cloud trends and advocate for continuous improvement in technology and delivery processes.
- Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (SFRA) development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable e-commerce architectures and system integrations.
- Strong background in web application architecture and best practices for enterprise-scale systems.
- Solid understanding of digital commerce elements such as catalog, pricing, inventory, payment, and user management.
- Strong hands-on experience with server-side and client-side JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, jQuery, Node.js, XML, SOAP/REST services, and modern open-source libraries.
- Expertise in ISML templates, APIs, and web analytics.
- Experience with Copado, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with SFCC Business Manager and Page Designer is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
