Key Responsibilities

  • • Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Configuration: Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud features, including store, product, promotion, KPI, and planogram data setup.
  • • Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Expertise: Design, implement, and manage the full TPM lifecycle within Salesforce, encompassing strategic planning, fund allocation, promotion execution, and claims management.
  • • Business Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate extensively with sales, marketing, and finance stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into robust and efficient Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and TPM solutions, including workflows, automation, and data structures.
  • • Field Sales & Retail Execution Optimization: Configure and enhance functionalities related to visit execution, including surveys, inventory checks, planogram compliance, order capture, and mobile app capabilities to optimize field force productivity.
  • • Data Model Design & Management: Design and implement data models that support complex retail execution and trade promotion data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance.
  • • Customization & Integration: Implement custom solutions using Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and, where necessary, programmatic approaches (Apex, LWC). Oversee and support integrations with other critical business systems (ERP, finance, supply chain).
  • • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Salesforce's native reporting tools and Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) to provide actionable insights into retail execution performance, trade promotion effectiveness, and key business KPIs.
  • • Training & User Adoption: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users (e.g., field sales reps, account managers) to ensure effective utilization and strong adoption of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and TPM functionalities.
  • • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of new Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices in the consumer goods sector to recommend and implement ongoing enhancements and optimizations.
  • • Problem Resolution: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and TPM solutions, ensuring system stability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • • 5 years of experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, and support, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
  • • Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) functionalities.
  • • Strong understanding of the Consumer Goods industry, including retail execution, field sales processes, and trade promotion strategies.
  • • Proven ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • • Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflows).
  • • Familiarity with Salesforce programmatic tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) is highly desirable.
  • • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
  • • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce and ideally with Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics).
  • • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • • Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional certification.
  • • Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Accredited Professional certification.
  • • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
  • • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • • Prior experience in a consulting role or managing client relationships.
