Location: Remote (LATAM preferred) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to oversee and drive Salesforce initiatives across our business. The PM will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, managing integrations, and aligning projects with business goals. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both project management expertise and strong Salesforce platform understanding. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and integrations). Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure project governance, documentation, and compliance with company standards. Facilitate regular standups, sprint planning, and project reviews with Agile/Scrum methodology. Support Salesforce solution design discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Oversee change management, user training, and adoption strategies. Provide ongoing reporting to leadership on project health, risks, and dependencies. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with at least 3 years managing Salesforce-related projects. Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud, etc.). Proven track record of managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations or large enhancements. Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, APIs, middleware) and third-party applications. Proficient in Agile/Scrum project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to manage distributed/nearshore development teams across time zones. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or PMP/Agile certifications) preferred. Nice-to-Have Experience with DevOps in Salesforce (CI/CD, release management).
