Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service voice, omni-channel routing, and large-scale Salesforce architecture design within the Consumer Goods industry. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance on omni-channel routing and service voice implementations. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with strategic objectives. Ensure system performance, security, and integration best practices. Support the full delivery lifecycle, from design through deployment. Qualifications: 5–8 years of Salesforce architecture experience, with a focus on Service Cloud. Demonstrated expertise in service voice and omni-channel routing. Strong background in consumer goods or related industries preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Salesforce Technical Architect certification is a plus.
