• Our client is a leading company operating across various sectors — including automotive and agricultural machinery — with a presence in multiple countries.
• We are looking for a talented SAP Architect & TL (Abap) to join their IT Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in the ongoing digital transformation program, leveraging SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and others. You will lead the definition and validation of architecture, guide project approaches, and oversee the roadmap for future initiatives and deliverables.

• Key Responsibilities
• Actively participate in the digital transformation program, providing leadership in SAP architecture and project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for simplification and innovation in business processes, aligned with SAP S/4HANA product roadmaps and SAP BTP solutions.
• Coordinate technical and functional architecture across the group’s SAP ecosystem, supporting project implementations in multiple countries.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams, empowering them with new SAP technologies and methodologies.
• Align priorities and secure delivery of value in accordance with strategic objectives.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP systems (S/4HANA) within implementation consulting or product management.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Experience in ABAP 7.0, ABAP RAP, and SAP Fiori/UI5 extensions.
• Exposure to SAP BTP / Integration Suite is a plus.
• Proven experience leading organizational change in digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong focus on aligning technology with strategic business goals.
• Fluent in Portuguese; intermediate English (B1-B2) required.
