Beauty and Wellbeing (B&W) Latin America is a €1.2B business (Turnover) with a gross margin of 49.7% with an important role for the Business Group (BG) in terms of market expansion (growth) and white space development. B&W's Latin America business is 83% Hair Care and 17% Skin Care (Turnover-wise). It consists of five countries Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. The SC sourcing network consists of four UL sites (1 in Brazil, 2 in Mexico, 1 in SoCo) and Collaborative Manufacturers (CMs). 99% of the volume in tons is sourced locally (Latam), only importing part of our Skin Care portfolio from Asia, while we are also exporters for 1UL countries. The Supply Chain Finance team plays a pivotal role as a key partner to the SC cluster team, leading the transformation of how we plan, control and generate cost and synergies efficiencies into the profitability growth model in the short, medium and long term. JOB PURPOSE The ambition to drive productivity in the Supply Chain costs requires a high level of value creation, transformation, and process re-design, which is part of the Supply Chain cluster Strategy. The Supply Chain Finance function plays a pivotal role - supporting strategic business decisions, providing relentless focus on value and cash. Reimagine project is a E2E SC transformation in all B&W networking looking for optimizing Production, distribution and material cost aligned with guarantee in our factories the new capabilities for the B&W future portfolio The Supply Chain Finance Specialist Reimagine is responsible for the Accounting and Controlling pillar of the project, ensuring accurate recording of costs related to transformation initiatives in appropriate accounts and ad hoc cost centers. The role also involves monitoring inconsistencies that could impact accurate measurement and mitigating risks associated with corporate audit controls. This position supports transformation projects by delivering high-quality self-service information and reliable data analytics. It requires close collaboration with the Reimagine Team, the extended Finance Team, HR, and other stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis. We are seeking a dynamic finance professional with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to SCF, capable of influencing both on-site and remote teams during large-scale transformation and change management initiatives, and able to communicate assertively to coordinate across multiple areas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and support the RDI budget of Reimagine project, ensuring alignment with Reimagine PMO Manager and Supply Chani Director. Understand and provide explanations of Budget variances, mostly on Actual vs. Forecast Responsible for preparing and delivering the Global Restructuring report monthly Drive value creation through proactive analysis and recommendations on cost optimization opportunities. Influence and connect with the extended Reimagine team to gather, validate, and integrate inputs for accurate forecasting. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for Reimagine operations. Provide input if required for presentations ad hoc on matters of Reimagine costs when needed. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and financial discipline across the Reimagine organization. Key Stakeholders: Reimagine extended LATAM Team Global Change Management Team Supply Chain Finance B&W Latam team REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree completed. Experience in Finance areas, accounting areas ideal. Knowledge of key financial processes; experience in managing supply chain cost is a must. Excellent engagement, presentation, and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Design thinking. Strong modelling, mathematical, and analytical skills. Spanish language with conversational proficiency.
