We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Scheduler & Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for staff scheduling, administrative coordination, communication with caregivers and clients, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Create, adjust, and manage caregiver schedules daily in Alora Home Health Software Maintain consistent communication with staff and clients regarding schedule updates Assist with staffing coverage, call-offs, and last-minute scheduling challenges Track staff attendance, visit completion, and compliance requirements Document schedule changes, updates, and conflicts in the system Provide administrative support including basic reporting, email follow-ups, and data entry Promote a positive and compassionate experience for our clients and caregivers Billing in VA and Uhc Portal Very proficient in Alora Software
