We're looking for a talented designer to create a Figma prototype for an interactive scrollytelling infographic that will integrate with Mapbox GL JS. The Task You will be responsible for designing a detailed prototype that outlines the visual experience for a scrollytelling narrative centered around a map. Project Details The infographic will consist of approximately 12 chapters (or steps). The designer must establish a base map style that is directly translatable and applicable within the Mapbox environment. This includes defining the visual appearance of several map elements and the overall UI: Base Map Style (Satellite or color scheme) Styling for Map Features (roads, administrative boundaries, cities, water bodies, etc.) Text and Text Box Styles for the narrative content. Other UI/UX elements as necessary for the scrollytelling format. Required Skill Proven experience in Figma design. Strong understanding of interactive/scrollytelling design principles. Experience with or a good understanding of Mapbox GL JS styling capabilities is a significant plus. Deadline The final design prototype must be completed whithin a few days. This is a short deadline opportunity.
