We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer and Bid Manager to join our team. This role involves searching for relevant projects, reviewing job postings, and crafting tailored proposals. You will manage ongoing bids, engage with potential clients, and ensure timely responses. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Upwork’s bidding process and the ability to write persuasive proposals that win. Experience in cold email marketing and LinkedIn is a plus. This position offers a base pay along with a commission structure, with an initial monthly earnings target of $3,000. You will receive a guaranteed base amount, in addition to a percentage of each successful project secured. 🔹 Your responsibilities will include: - Searching for new job opportunities that meet specific criteria - Tracking proposals in a simple daily report sheet - Notifying me immediately when a client replies or shows interest ✅ You’re a good fit if you have: - Experience using Upwork or similar platforms - Strong written communication skills - The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - An understanding of various project categories and client expectations - Attention to detail and the ability to follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 💰 Compensation: Fixed monthly pay, plus bonuses for booked calls and closed deals 📌 When applying, please include a brief message about your experience with Upwork or sending proposals.
