• As a Senior Application Developer, you will lead the design and development of complex systems and features, driving technical excellence across the engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior developers, collaborating with product and design teams, and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions. The role blends hands-on engineering with architectural oversight, offering the opportunity to influence both code quality and system architecture. Working in a fully remote environment, you will contribute to innovative cloud-based solutions, optimize performance and scalability, and leverage modern technologies to enhance development efficiency. Accountabilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance systems and features.
• Mentor, guide, and support junior developers to build technical skills and best practices.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to software engineering standards.
• Diagnose and resolve system performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Drive efficiency by adopting AI tools, automated processes, and cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Proven expertise in system design, architecture, and debugging complex applications.
• Strong proficiency with Azure frameworks including .NET, Function Apps, and Durable Functions.
• Solid experience with cloud services, infrastructure management, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with messaging and analytics tools such as Kafka, ADX, Snowflake, and agentic AI deployments.
• Mastery of multiple programming languages including JavaScript, Angular, CSS, SQL, Python, and/or C#.
• Deep understanding of code quality best practices, agile methodologies, and collaborative software development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and drive technical excellence.
