- Job Responsibilities
- The Senior Azure Cloud Support Engineer is a critical role responsible for providing advanced technical support for our clients' mission-critical Microsoft Azure environments. With deep expertise across Azure's core infrastructure pillars—Compute, Networking, Kubernetes (AKS), and Databases—you will be the final point of escalation for complex technical challenges. Your role will involve troubleshooting, problem resolution, and proactive guidance to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our customers' cloud operations.
