We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to finalize the backend of our multi-tenant CRM platform and implement an integration with the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta). Our frontend and most of the backend foundations are already built. Your role will focus on completing the backend logic, ensuring scalability across multiple clinics (tenants), and implementing a robust WhatsApp automation flow that receives messages through Meta’s approved webhook, extracts intent, and books appointments in the system. Important: All WhatsApp functionality must be built strictly using Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, without any unofficial tools, scrapers, or unsupported automation methods.
