Accountabilities

• · Improve backend features, scalability, and reliability of client platforms through technical and process improvements.
• · Participate in scoping, designing, and implementing new API features and subsystems.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build systems capable of scaling to millions of users globally.
• · Conduct code reviews and write or review software design documents to maintain architecture quality.
• · Implement and maintain test automation and engineering best practices.
• · Support effective collaboration between backend, frontend, and operations teams to deliver seamless software solutions.
• · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• · 3+ years of professional experience with Python and Django web development.
• · 3+ years of experience with SQL databases (Postgres preferred).
• · Hands-on experience with Celery or other background task runners.
• · Exposure to consumer-facing applications and web/mobile frontend integration.
• · Strong English communication skills (advanced level) to collaborate with US clients.
• · Proven ability to work in a remote, autonomous environment while contributing effectively to team outcomes.
