What We’re Looking For

• We are seeking a Senior Coach to deliver high-quality coaching and support clients. This role is ideal for someone with a coaching certification who is passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You’ll work closely with our service delivery team, support clients through group calls and 1:1 interactions, and help translate coaching insights into clear, actionable advice. If you're empathetic, resourceful, and excited to make a real impact on people's lives while developing your coaching skills, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Coaching & Client Support: Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions, guiding clients through challenges with proven coaching methodologies.
• Client Experience & Retention: Ensure clients feel supported, engaged, and valued throughout their journey, proactively tracking progress and addressing challenges to foster retention.

Working Hours & Compensation

• Hours: Full-time (with primary availability between 1PM and 9PM EST)
• Starting Salary: $40/hour

• Certified & Ready to Coach: You hold a coaching certification (e.g., ICF, IFS, or similar) and are passionate about helping clients succeed.
• Experienced & Versatile: You have experience in coaching, or community management and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Excellent Communicator: You connect easily with diverse clients, explaining concepts clearly and offering guidance with empathy and confidence.
• Organized & Detail-Focused: You stay on top of tasks, juggle priorities, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Always Learning & Growing: You constantly look for ways to improve your coaching and communication skills to deliver more value.
• Time Zone Compatibility: You are available to work primarily during 1PM-9PM Eastern Time and are comfortable aligning your schedule with that window.
