Description: We are seeking a "Senior Customer Coordinator & Analyst " who loves structure, logic, and deep focus. The work is 95% written (very minimal calls): scheduling, troubleshooting, and calm conflict management through clear, precise English. You’ll excel if you think critically, write cleanly, and enjoy solving real problems with software. This role is based in Australia and involves using business software to create appointments, communicate with customers and employees, solve problems, and deliver exceptional customer service via written and phone communication. This is 35 hrs/week, remote, aligned to Australian hours. You’ll need a reliable wired connection (100 Mbps+), two monitors, and a fast computer, plus prior experience in a similar role. Our interview is unconventional and reasoning-heavy by design. We offer a structured ramp-up with a **pay rise as soon as you complete 30 advanced scenario exercises** and demonstrate capability.
