  • We are currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist / Analyst to help our clients transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. This is a remote position, and we strongly encourage and give preference to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM) who are eager to collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
  • Responsibilities
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Design and automate data analysis workflows and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and business stakeholders—to define analytical requirements and deliver impactful insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across analytical workflows and reporting environments.
  • Translate complex analytical results into clear, compelling presentations and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data science methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative role.
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL).
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, data wrangling, and machine learning.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design (A/B testing).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data environments.
  • Understanding of data governance, data ethics, and privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical insights to business stakeholders.
