  • Last-mile logistics optimization, including routing, stop sequencing, ETA prediction, and delivery window generation;
  • Product substitution recommendation, ensuring customers receive relevant alternatives when requested items are unavailable.
  • You will be involved in the end-to-end model development process, from exploration and experimentation to production deployment. You will collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers, and Analysts to implement near real-time and batch systems supporting global operations through the BEES platform.

  • Design and deploy ML solutions for route optimization, delivery sequencing, ETA estimation, and delivery window modeling.
  • Build product substitution systems using behavioral, inventory, and product similarity data
  • Own projects end-to-end—from problem definition and modeling to deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with engineering and analytics partners to integrate solutions into Realtime and batch pipelines.
  • Write clean, scalable, and eSicient code in Python and PySpark using Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Translate research insights and academic papers into working production code.
