• As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced machine learning and AI models that directly influence business strategies and risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze large, complex datasets, develop predictive models, and ensure the robustness of decision-making frameworks. The role involves feature engineering, model validation, deployment in production environments, and continuous optimization to support scalable and data-driven solutions. Accountabilities

• Develop state-of-the-art machine learning and AI models to support risk strategies and operational decisions.
• Conduct model performance analysis, compare different modeling approaches, and recommend strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers and ML Ops to deploy models into production and ensure ongoing reliability and scalability.
• Explore, preprocess, and engineer features from raw data to support decision-making capabilities.
• Design and maintain infrastructure for risk modeling and data pipelines.
• Monitor risk trends and model performance, implementing optimizations and preventive measures as needed.
• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI model development.
• Experience developing statistical and machine learning models and conducting experiments.
• Strong risk knowledge, ideally within financial services, fintech, or related industries.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with Spark and JavaScript is a plus.
• Solid understanding of feature engineering, model lifecycle, and performance evaluation.
