• Responsible for developing software applications solutions for organization's
• external and internal clients. Developers may be involved in all aspects of the
• software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Developer's work with clients, product managers analysts, architects and
• engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology
• solutions consistent with the business objective. Developers may develop and
• review requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test,
• configure and deploy software. Developers also participate and collaborate with
• other stakeholder including security, quality assurance, training, project
• management, engineering, hosting, & procurement when required to assist in other
• aspects of their projects. Developers at organization are expected to be
• results-oriented, have knowledge of new and legacy technologies, have knowledge
• of the relevant platforms and environments, and be familiar with business
• process, functions and data within their domain to provide innovative,
• insightful, and secure solutions.

• This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices
• and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or
• services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing
• solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource
• for colleagues with less experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Here's what you can expect on a typical day

• * Agile: You'll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand
• responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while
• choosing user stories to complete. You will also participate in other agile
• ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos to stakeholders.
• * Development: Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and
• coding standards. Most of your daily schedule will be software development,
• but you will also test your code before submitting it to QA for final
• testing. You won't just focus on development in this role. You will also be
• responsible for testing and deployment.
• * Continuous Learning: You will attend to ceremonies to actively collaborate
• with other developers to share ideas or show what you've learned. An
• eagerness to learn will help you keep up with ever-changing technologies and
• maintain the ability to create the best tools for our clients.
• * Experience: You have strong experience using full-stack technologies such as
• Python, Node.js, ReactJS, etc, with some contact with MCP (Model Context
• Protocol) and/or expanding/tooling LLMs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• * Working experience with Python and Node.js
• * Working experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or expanding/tooling
• LLMs
• * Experience with cloud providers, mostly AWS, and using Lambdas
• * Advanced or Fluent English skills (capable to interact with other teams)
• * Strong understanding of object oriented design and AI

 BONUS POINTS FOR THESE

• * Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• * Experience with WebApplication development with ReactJS
• * Programming skills in other languages such as Java
• * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• is desired

• Education: Desired BA/BS degree - or equivalent in education and experience.

• Experience: Desired a strong experience in equivalent or similar area.

• Fuctional Knowledge: Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own
• discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.

• Business Expertise: Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with
• others; is aware of the competitions and the factors that differentiate them in
• the market.

• Leadership: Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead
• small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

• Problem Solving: Be able to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on
• existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources
• of information.

• Interpersonal Skills: Communication - Explains difficult or sensitive
• information; works to build consensus.
