• In this role, you will play a key part in scaling and automating cloud infrastructure to support high-performance, reliable systems. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to deploy resilient architectures using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability, security, and efficiency of enterprise-grade systems serving millions of users globally. The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic design, technical leadership, and process improvements. You will influence best practices, review architectures, and mentor teams while working in a fully remote, collaborative, and flexible environment. • Accountabilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud architectures and system integrations.
• Improve scalability, performance, and reliability of client platforms through technical and process enhancements.
• Coordinate complex technology roadmaps in partnership with product and development teams.
• Collaborate with client service teams to design, build, and maintain systems that scale globally across multiple cloud platforms.
• Establish and promote effective engineering practices, including code reviews, architecture assessments, and test automation.
• Monitor system performance, implement optimizations, and resolve production issues.
• Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong DevOps culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes and Linux containerization tools.
• 3+ years of experience in Python development and Python-based web applications.
• Proven experience leading projects and designing complex technical architectures.
• Hands-on experience operating production services on cloud infrastructure.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) to communicate effectively with international clients.
