  • The Role
  • As a Senior Digital Project Manager at BRIGHTSCOUT, you’ll take the lead on complex, high-impact projects—bringing strategic oversight, cross-functional coordination, and sharp execution from start to finish. You’ll act as the driving force behind delivery, responsible for shaping the path forward, guiding teams, and making smart decisions around priorities and resourcing.

  • Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight & Delivery
  • Lead large-scale digital projects with full ownership of planning, scope, timelines, and team orchestration.
  • Build and maintain robust project plans with clear milestones, resources, and checkpoints.
  • Proactively address risks and scope changes—never assuming additional capacity is readily available.
  • Provide consistent reporting to clients and internal stakeholders with transparency and accountability.
  • Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning delivery with long-term business outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure client and team alignment across strategy, scope, and execution.
  • Structure communications to reduce back-and-forth, keep expectations clear, and ensure continuity.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Coach junior Project Managers, leading by example in communication, planning, and follow-through.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, clear documentation, and tool hygiene.
  • Ensure project housekeeping is embedded into daily habits—organized trackers, documented decisions, and clean handoffs.
  • Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience managing complex digital projects in an agency or product environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft and Google Suite, Notion, Jira, Asana, Toggl, and Slack.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring team members and guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio management experience is a plus.
