- In this role, you will take ownership of developing and maintaining high-quality, responsive web applications that deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, product managers, designers, and QA, to implement scalable solutions and innovative features. Your contributions will directly impact product performance, usability, and customer satisfaction across multiple platforms. - Accountabilities
- Translate design concepts into functional, high-quality code and maintain a visually appealing, intuitive user interface.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, product managers, designers, and QA, throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Develop new features, optimize existing functionality, and ensure high performance and scalability across web applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to maintain consistent development standards and user experience quality.
- Implement and maintain state management solutions using tools like Redux or MobX.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to improving team practices and code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with front-end trends, frameworks, and best practices, recommending improvements to development processes.
- 7+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and React.js (both class and functional components with hooks).
- Mastery of front-end essentials including HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript syntax.
- Experience with Node.js and at least one additional server-side language such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and debugging across the full stack.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote-first team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
