We seek an A-player to join our team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. We are an ambitious tech company founded by a seasoned entrepreneur (founder of getgrowai .com, socialtoast .ai) and backed by a proven business model. We have already built our first SaaS this year, and we are putting together the team for our second SaaS, which is a next-generation tool for employee recognition, powered by GPT-5. We've been featured in major publications like Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc. Magazine, Yahoo News, Tech Times, Fast Company. We have a team of 38 people and a hardworking culture sprinkled with fun and shoutouts; it’s important to us that you feel fulfilled, challenged, and excited in our team. You’ll join at the earliest stage of product development and work directly with the Founder, Director of Product, Head of Technology, UI/UX Designer and a fractional CTO to build the first version of the platform that will eventually scale to millions of users. Responsibilities: - Own feature development end-to-end, from architecture to implementation - Collaborate with a UI/UX designer and product founder on implementation - Integrate against 3rd party APIs (Slack & Microsoft Teams, others) - Ensure backend scalability and front-end performance - Participate in daily standups and weekly planning in Slack/Notion - Continuously improve the system based on customer feedback Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in full-stack development - Deep knowledge of TypeScript across the stack - Strong experience building and scaling SaaS platforms - Solid foundation in React/Next.js (including latest RSC & Server actions best practices) and NestJS - Proficient in modern UI/UX best practices with tools like Tailwind CSS - Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and database schema design - Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions (bonus: infrastructure as code using AWS CDK). - Experienced in producing fast & great code using AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor - Familiarity with AWS services and debugging applications on the cloud - Experience working with agentic frameworks like Mastra or Langchain is a plus - Experience developing Slack / Microsoft Teams bots is a plus - Excellent communication skills - you’ll work directly with the founder - Self-starter with strong ownership mindset - Full overlap required with 10am-6pm PST Salary: - $7,000 USD/month initial salary until MVP is launched (estimated at ~4 months) - $8,000 USD/month after the first 500 paying users and under 3% churn rate - $10,000 USD/month after the first 10,000 paying users and under 3% churn rate Opportunity to earn more and step into leadership roles as the tool scales and its team grows.
