• We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with expertise in LLM/AI technologies to build and scale advanced software solutions that power AI-driven simulations and real-time interactions. This role involves designing and maintaining backend services, implementing modular, high-performance architectures, and contributing to frontend development as needed. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into reliable, scalable systems while working with cloud environments such as Azure and AWS. The ideal candidate combines deep technical experience with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services primarily using NestJS and TypeScript, with some work on frontend components using ReactJS.
• Support the migration of legacy backend services from Java to NestJS while ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and other engineers to deliver robust AI-powered software solutions.
• Implement modular, scalable architectures, REST APIs, and monitoring systems to support real-time AI features.
• Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve system performance and code quality.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 80% backend experience in NestJS, Python, or Java, and some frontend experience (approx. 20%) using JavaScript/ReactJS.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI integration, or AI-driven workflows.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, modular architecture, and REST API development.
• Experience working with cloud environments (Azure preferred, AWS a plus).
• Proficiency in collaborative software development, code reviews, and testing best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international team.
