We’re Social Cuts, a creative agency based in Austin, TX, and we’re hiring a high-level graphic designer to help us build a clean, modern, educational Instagram grid for a rapidly growing healthcare client. This is NOT a template job. We’re looking for someone who is: • Creative • Fast-moving • Great with visual storytelling • Detail-oriented • Experienced designing for health, wellness, science, or medical brands Long-term work for the right person. - ABOUT THE PROJECT Our client is a compounding pharmacy that targets doctors and providers (B2B). We want posts that feel like a blend of: • Modern + minimal aesthetic • Scientific clarity • Hims-level polish in design (Reference: https://www.instagram.com/hims/) Nothing gimmicky, nothing template-heavy. We want someone who can design educational explainers, product spotlights (no medical claims), and clean “micro-teaching” carousels. A passion or interest in health / wellness / longevity is a bonus. - WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Proven experience designing for healthcare, wellness, biotech, or similarly regulated brands • A strong portfolio showing clean, modern, minimal design • Able to deliver quickly and reliably each month • Excellent communication and attention to detail • Ability to follow strict brand + legal guidelines • No Canva-template-only designers — we need someone with real design skill
