POSITION SUMMARY Cyber Defense within CVS Health is seeking a well experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join and technically lead our growing team. Senior Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing and deploying security specific machine learning solutions following CVS Health specific business and technology requirements. Additionally, this Senior Machine Learning Engineer will help to define, drive and deliver all aspects of the data science product development lifecycle, from solution architecting, programming, testing, implementation, delivery of data science analytics products. What We Expect of You: Coordinate advanced data science projects and develops deliverables, taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring their successful completion. Work closely with data scientists, software developers and product managers to take ML-powered services from inception to production. Lead exploration, design and execution of machine learning models and frameworks that deliver value to our users. Build data pipelines and leverage high-quality datasets to power your Machine learning models. Utilize modern software and data-engineering stacks to enable training, deployment, and lifecycle management of ML models. Lead the performance and ongoing enhancements of your products. Required Qualifications 5+ years of expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, security, and network data to model risk-driven models of workforce behavior and provide context to security analysts to drive business decisions. 5+ years of programming experience in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. 5+ years of customer interfacing experience (internal or external), demonstrating excellent ability to communicate technical ideas and results to non-technical audiences. 5+ years' experience with Gen AI/LLM/NLP/MLOps or similar methodologies. 1+ year(s) of soliciting complex requirements and managing relationships with key stakeholders 1+ year(s) of experience independently managing deliverables Preferred Qualifications Experience developing computational methods and algorithms. Experience in software development. Experience developing and applying data science methods to anomaly detection and/or times series problems. Experience in Cloud computing environment. Master’s degree in data science, Mathematics, Statics. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $222,480.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
