ABOUT THE ROLE

Job responsibilities:

1.Manage the incoming and outgoing of materials, check and verify whether the name code, quantity and specification of materials are consistent with the system and purchase order;

timely establishment of asset cards, so that the accounts, cards, things match;

2.Audit and manage the recycling of materials and the reasonable deployment of idle materials;

3.Follow up the maintenance of materials, allocate maintenance personnel and maintenance progress, statistical information on material maintenance data;

4.Audit the scrap materials and commodities scrapped by the group and dispose of them in a reasonable manner;

5.Guidance, supervision of the use of departmental material management, asset management responsibilities to implement to the person, when the material damage, lost to deal with the recovery of compensation matters.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, 1 or 2 years working experience in asset management or administrative management is preferred;

2.Familiar with the asset management process, skilled operation of asset management system, familiar with computer operation (word, excel office software operation skilled);

3.Knowledge of asset management, including asset definition, classification, management methods, understanding of the concept of asset life cycle.
