🧠 Your Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Design: Translate LLMs and context-aware signals into reliable, task-oriented product interactions. This is a greenfield opportunity, everything is to grab.
• Hands-on Design: Own end-to-end mobile product design (Android & iOS) from discovery to pixel-perfect handoff.
• UI & Interaction: Deliver simple, beautiful interfaces and interaction patterns for novice and low-literacy users.
• Deskless Flows: Design mobile-first, offline-tolerant flows optimized for phone and WhatsApp usage.
• Research & Measurement: Run mixed-methods research and use analytics to validate hypotheses and inform iterations.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to surface assumptions, get feedback, and de-risk ideas.
• Cross-functional Partnering: Work closely with PMs, engineers and ops to ensure feasible, privacy-aware designs that ship

🛠 Requirements

• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing mobile (Android/iOS) app work and measurable impact.
• Native mobile experience: proven delivery for Android and iOS, mobile-first and deskless user flows (WhatsApp/low-connectivity).
• AI product experience: familiarity designing with LLMs, NLP, or context-aware systems and turning capabilities into safe, usable interactions.
• Design tools & systems: expert in Figma and design systems; experience creating and maintaining component libraries.
• Analytics & research: comfortable with Amplitude/Mixpanel and mixed-methods research to validate decisions.
• Collaboration & communication: excels in cross-functional teams, communicates design clearly, and incorporates stakeholder feedback.
• Product mindset: strong analytical problem-solving, balances user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in fast-moving environments.
