• 99x Brazil is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our client's innovative and dynamic team in the healthtech industry. As a leading software development company, we focus on delivering high-quality, scalable tech solutions for clients across North America and Europe. In this role, you will help the team organize the product line, design the user experience, and proactively label data accurately, question previous design choices, among other responsibilities.
• Your expertise in design thinking, user interface design, and user experience will play a pivotal role in shaping the products they develop. You will collaborate closely with C-level, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our users.
• Responsibilities
• Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating user-friendly products that meet both user needs and business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate ideas effectively
• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to inform your work and contribute to team knowledge
• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the tech industry
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in B2B products with high data volume
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they influence design decisions
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly
• A portfolio showcasing your design process, from concept to finished product
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
