• As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of digital financial products, driving simplicity, accessibility, and engagement across platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to translate complex concepts into elegant, intuitive, and data-informed solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, lead design initiatives end-to-end, and make a meaningful impact on financial inclusion and innovation across the region.

Accountabilities

• · Lead the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and hand-off to engineering.
• · Translate complex user needs and financial concepts into clear, intuitive, and delightful product experiences.
• · Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and optimize user flows across web and mobile platforms.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data, to define requirements, roadmap, and strategy.
• · Drive design discussions and alignment across multiple stakeholders, managing feedback and expectations effectively.
• · Contribute to and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across products.
• · Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design solutions.
• · 5–7 years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing data-driven, user-focused solutions.
• · Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping, including experience with component libraries and design tokens.
• · Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation, streamline workflows, and analyze user data.
• · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
• · Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic design discussions.
• · Experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency products is a plus.
• · A user-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
