  • We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the foundation of People Data and transform talent-related information into a strategic asset for the company.

What you will do

  • Define the product vision for People Data and build a solid foundation for scalable analytics and solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear roadmaps with a direct impact on talent management and performance.
  • Work closely with data engineers and stakeholders, ensuring quality, prioritization, and clarity.
  • Apply Product Management practices (discovery, success metrics, backlog management) to the context of data and People Analytics.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and enable strategic, data-informed decision-making.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with data products or People Analytics.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision and execution, translating complexity into clear roadmaps.
  • Advanced/Fluent English for interaction with international stakeholders and partners.
  • Autonomous, hands-on profile with strong ability to navigate complex environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in People Analytics, HR Tech, or HR management systems.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
