Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and manage all aspects of project execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, clearly communicating project status, challenges, and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including timelines and reports.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience with a focus on optimizing creative and development processes, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Budget
• The budget range for this role is €3.500,00/Month – €4.500,00/Month, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
