• This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (Martech) in Latin America.
• In this role, you will lead Martech project teams in delivering sophisticated CRM and data solutions for clients across various industries. You will define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and coordinate multiple project teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maximizing client value. The position offers an opportunity to foster strong client relationships, monitor project performance, and implement agile practices to optimize workflows. You will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing enterprise-grade projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Accountabilities
• Lead and manage multiple Martech project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Define project roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and translate requirements into actionable work streams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain program stability and continuity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing timely status updates and performance reports.
• Drive adoption of Agile methodologies across project teams and optimize program/project processes.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to define scopes, timelines, and resource needs for client programs.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record in enterprise-grade projects or clients.
• Strong expertise in project delivery and project management fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project issues.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like JIRA.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Desirable: Previous experience in Martech projects, familiarity with Data Warehouses, CDPs, machine learning, CRM, and loyalty engines.
