  • As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives for global clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful web, e-commerce, and software solutions. You will translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps, manage resources, and ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams, balancing the day-to-day details with strategic vision. You will champion best practices in agile and hybrid methodologies while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment. Your work will directly influence the success of major digital projects, creating measurable business impact for clients in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

Accountabilities

  • · Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering and planning to execution and final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • · Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and maintain project alignment.
  • · Apply agile or hybrid-agile methodologies, adapting processes to optimize efficiency and team collaboration.
  • · Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation, escalating issues as needed to senior stakeholders.
  • · Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and scope changes.
  • · Monitor team morale and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
  • · 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end digital projects in an agency, consultancy, or product environment.
  • · Proven ability to deliver web, software, and e-commerce solutions for enterprise or global clients.
  • · Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, agile frameworks, scrum, kanban, and hybrid approaches.
  • · Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams including product, design, development, and QA.
  • · Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Google Suite.
  • · Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • · Professional certifications in Agile or Scrum Master are a plus.
