• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to enhance, maintain, and optimize custom Salesforce applications in a dynamic, fully remote environment. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, well-documented solutions that support internal operations and business processes. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce customization, Apex development, and Lightning Web Components to ensure system stability, performance, and alignment with evolving business needs. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while working within a collaborative, high-performance, and agile team.

Accountabilities

• Customize, configure, and optimize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom functionality.
• Implement workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Ensure Salesforce security and access control using Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and manage data model enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain code and configuration for performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support, gather requirements, and implement improvements.
• Maintain version control, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD workflows for Salesforce environments.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Administrator, or Technical Consultant.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce customization, configuration, and system optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models and integration best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub) and DevOps deployment tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
• Nice to have: Salesforce CPQ experience, Agile/Scrum familiarity, knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for LWC, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
