Summary About Us - We are a content creation agency that partners with high-profile influencers and businesses. We are growing fast and are looking for a professional video editor to join our remote team. We pride ourselves on delivering professional, high-quality content and need an editor who shares that same standard of excellence. The Role - We're looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor who is an expert in engaging, fast-paced short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). You will be responsible for the entire post-production process, turning raw footage into a polished, client-ready final product. - This is a remote, project-based role with a consistent workload. For the right candidate who consistently delivers high-quality work, there is a strong potential to transition to a full-time, salaried position. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full post-production workflow: video assembly, professional color correction, motion graphics, text overlays, B-roll, sound design, and background music selection. - Collaborate with our team using Frame.io for feedback and revisions. Requirements - Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (this is non-negotiable). - At least 2+ years of professional editing experience (5+ years preferred). - Proficient in English (for clear communication and text graphics). - Highly reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines without supervision. Compensation & Perks - Fully Flexible Schedule: We don't care when you work, only that you deliver exceptional-quality edits on time. - Skill-Based Pay: We pay a flat rate per project, which equates to a range of $5 - $25 USD per hour. $5/hr is for an editor in training who can handle 80% of the work but still requires oversight and somebody else to polish the edit. $25/hr is for a true expert we can trust to deliver a 10/10, client-ready video every single time, with minimal-to-no revisions. Your skill level, and therefore your rate, will be determined by your test edit. - Long-Term Growth: We are looking for a long-term partner and aim to transition this role to a stable, full-time position. - High-Quality Projects: You'll get to work with professional footage from exciting clients in the influencer and business world.
