• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building next-generation AI Agents. In this role, you will work on designing and evolving complex backend systems, implementing microservices and event-driven architectures, and contributing to the AI Agent platform’s architecture. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and deploy innovative solutions while maintaining high performance, security, and code quality standards. Accountabilities

• Research, design, and evolve the AI Agent platform, focusing on backend and AI components.
• Contribute to the architecture and development of scalable, resilient, and high-performing systems.
• Implement backend applications using microservices and event-driven patterns.
• Triage and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and participating in post-mortem reviews.
• Participate in code reviews, providing guidance on performance, security, and best practices.
• Integrate end-to-end solutions with customer APIs.
• Collaborate in creating and maintaining the technology roadmap and project documentation.
• Experience: 7+ years as a Backend Engineer or similar role, with a proven track record in building high-demand, resilient systems.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Go, or other mature programming languages.
• Experience with Cloud Native technologies and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Familiarity with AI systems, evaluation frameworks, or agentic product development is a plus.
