• This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack in Latin America.
• This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software across web and mobile platforms. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to both frontend and backend systems, while leveraging modern technologies such as TypeScript, Next.js, React Native, AWS, and Terraform. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of features from conception to deployment, ensuring scalable, reliable, and performant solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participate in architectural decisions, and continuously improve development processes. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Latin America while making a meaningful impact on product development and customer experience.

Accountabilities

• · Develop and maintain robust frontend and backend systems using TypeScript, Next.js, and React Native.
• · Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and services on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• · Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to support automated deployments.
• · Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software features.
• · Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and performance.
• · Contribute to architectural discussions and provide solutions to complex technical challenges.
• · Continuously improve development processes and mentor junior engineers.
• · 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer.
• · Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js.
• · Solid understanding and experience with React Native.
• · Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS.
• · Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• · English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher, with strong communication skills.
• · Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• · Nice to have: Experience with Fastify or exposure to additional frameworks/languages.
