• What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services
• Implement and optimize microservices architectures and API-driven solutions
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend systems and third-party services
• Contribute to best practices, code reviews, and technical documentation
• What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong expertise with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Nice to Have
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities
